My name is Doug Schmidt, I am a religious man, a family man, and a business owner. My family and I have lived in the Lake Country area for 19 years. You will see my wife at the store, my kids at school events and our trucks in your neighborhood. I started my first business, Hot Point Heating & Air Conditioning in 2011. After realizing I know HVAC but I don’t know business, I joined the Aire Serve franchise in 2017. I have been a technician for 16 years and genuinely enjoy it. Getting off the truck and running a business will be a huge change of pace! We conduct our business by a code of values of respect, integrity, customer focus and we have fun in the process. We are excited about serving our area and expanding in the future.
