Hours: 10-15 hours/week, flexible schedule

We integrate physical therapy, dry needling, brainspotting, health coaching, and professional massage therapy to empower our clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Clinic Operations & Marketing Assistant to join our team. This multifaceted role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in both administrative operations and digital marketing within a holistic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations (Approx. 60-70%)

  • Office Organization & Maintenance: Assist with general office upkeep, including light cleaning, organizing supplies, and maintaining a tidy work environment.

  • Client Management: Handle client scheduling, appointment changes, and intake processes.

  • Front Desk Support: Greet clients, answer phones, and provide a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Administrative Tasks: Perform accurate data entry, digital filing, inventory and ordering supplies, and other general office duties as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.

  • Policy and Procedure: Develop and organize a clear policy and procedure manual for general clinic operations.

 

Online Marketing & Content Creation (Approx. 30-40%)

  • Social Media: Create engaging content (e.g., graphics, short videos, text posts) for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and utilize Meta Business Suite to schedule posts.

  • Newsletter Support: Assist with drafting and formatting content for email newsletters.

  • Research: Conduct research on relevant health topics, social media trends, and marketing strategies to inform content creation.

  • Idea Generation: Contribute creative ideas for new marketing campaigns, class offerings, and community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications, Google Workspace, and Canva.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a professional demeanor.
