Southeast, Wisconsin-area Business Owner Named to Selective Entrepreneurial Awards Program

NIcole Boyington owner of Dyslexia Achievement Center, recognized among 200 women entrepreneurs nationwide

Elm Grove, July 1, 2026 — Nicole Boyington, owner of Dyslexia Achievement Center, LLC, a dyslexia assessment and intervention organization, has been named to the inaugural V-List Entrepreneur Awards, a national program recognizing 200 women business owners who are building companies that put people first.

Since 2013, Dyslexia Achievement Center has supported students of all ages in their dyslexia journey.  We now have about 200 students across our four centers and 16 school contracts which support students in evidence-based reading and math intervention.

The class of the 200 V-List Honorees — known as the V-200 — recognizes founders across 40 states and Washington, D.C. who lead with human-first business practices: people over profit, community impact, and a culture that genuinely values team members and customers. Honorees were selected from nearly 1,000 applicants for mission-driven work, inclusive values, and notable traction.

"Being recognized as a person first business shows me that we are following our mission and vision for our company. Everyone deserves to be able to read and succeed beyond words." said Nicole Boyington, owner of Dyslexia Achievement Center.

"The idea behind the V-List really came down to wanting to create a platform to recognize business owners who are operating with human-first business practices," said Adriane Galea, founder of Visionaries. "I love seeing women make incredible, life-changing money, and absolutely want to see more money in the hands of people who are genuinely impact-driven, but I also believe in being mindful of not putting the importance of profit and growth over the importance of serving the people — team members and customers — who make our businesses possible."

The full V-200 is published at visionaries.co/entrepreneur-awards.

People's Choice voting opens to the public July 6 and runs through July 20. Community members can vote for Dyslexia Achievement Center at visionaries.co/entrepreneur-awards between July 6 and July 20. Additional Spotlight Award winners will be announced at the Visionary conference September 29 in Los Angeles.
