Savvy Caregiver 6 - Week Program
Memory Loss, Dementia and Alzheimer's
Based on research by experts in caregiver techniques, this six-week course provides clinical level training for family caregivers, going beyond introductory education programs. Participants learn: Personal knowledge, skills and caregiver outlook, skills to assess abilities of someone with dementia, confidence to set and alter care giving goals, strategies to manage activities of daily living and perspective on the course of Alzheimer's and related disorders.
