In this workshop, you will explore improv and Emotional Intelligence principles to strengthen communication, build trust, and tackle challenges with confidence. You will have an opportunity to share workplace situations and leave with practical strategies you can use right away.

• Identify three core principles of Improv Leadership.
• Strengthen Emotional Intelligence skills, including self-awareness, social awareness and self-management.
• Practice communication and listening strategies that improve collaboration and understanding.
• Discuss how to lead with confidence and calm in complex, fast-changing, or chaotic workplace environments.
• Develop an individual action plan.
