An Introduction to Supply Chain Management
Supply chain management is all about the design, planning, execution, control and monitoring of supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging worldwide logistics, synchronizing supply with demand and measuring performance. The focus of this workshop is to provide an introduction to supply chain management, review the supply chain planning processes, inventory management, and review procurement and logistics as they relate to the supply chain.
