I have worked in the service industry for over 20 years, so helping people has been a priority in my life. I enjoys hiking, birding and traveling.

I am the Community Outreach Coordinator and I  ensure we are well-connected in the communities we serve, through volunteer work and community involvement.

I also on-board new staff members, ensuring there experience as the "new one" goes as smoothly as possible, and communicating with all staff regarding concerns or issues.

Dave has 20 years of small business ownership experience, over 30 years of executive-level experience, as well as a BS – Hospitality/Business from the University of Wisconsin – Stout.  Dave is involved in many community events around the lake country area, so please say "hi" if you see him. He is also a professional musician, and hobbies include sports, fishing, and gardening.
