Ravenrock Sounds of Spring
I have gratitude for each season but it's time to welcome spring! The wait is over! Help me celebrate the Spring Equinox at Ravenrock-
"Sounds Of Spring". We will start as always making new friends, settling in for a brief guided meditation & right into our sound bath.
Varieties of drums, chimes, bowls & gongs will be played.
2 mats, silk eye masks & water will be provided.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Pillows/blankets /bolsters for your comfort. You will be on a carpeted floor for 60 minutes.
***Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time if you are a new client. Health History/Waiver needs to be filled out and signed prior to sound bath. If you are not sure sound healing is for you please check with your Doctor prior to event. ??
