This workshop will explore the value of conducting a root cause analysis and the methods you can incorporate into your daily work.
Examine the most common approaches used to identify problems in a system.
Recognize the importance of establishing a sequence of events or time line when identifying factors that contribute to a problem.
Practice identifying the root cause of a problem in a work situation.
