HARTLAND’S NATIONAL NIGHT OUT THURSDAY, AUGUST 4, 2022

Hartland is hosting their first Annual National Night Out on Thursday, August 4. Join Hartland at this event by registering for a booth, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.  In order to be eligible for a booth, interested parties are required to meet one of the following criteria:

• Service Organizations that are registered in the Village of Hartland
• Churches and schools that are in the Village of Hartland
• Member of the Hartland Chamber of Commerce
• Member of the Hartland’s Business Improvement District
• Group or business that is in the Village of Hartland’s Tax Jurisdiction

Booths are FREE and participants will receive a 12’ x 12’ space in Nixon Park. Participants will be responsible for their own area.  A tent and table will not be supplied by the Village of Hartland. Electricity will NOT be available at any of the booths. The Village of Hartland will not be responsible for any loss or damages to the booth, display materials, vehicles or any other property of personal liability.

The Village of Hartland also reserves the right to except or deny any booth application as deemed inappropriate. All activities at the booth are to be free for the attendees. If you will be hosting an activity at the booth, for example face painting, please share at time of registration and we will highlight your activity and business/group.

Advanced registration is required. Space is limited.
Booths are available on a first-come, first serve basis.
Flight for Life will be attending the event.
Please ensure your booth and belongings are secured for when it lands. The Village is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the event.
