Wisconsin Upside Down’s Festival of Trees will be held in the Hartland Community Center of Village Hall on the same day. Trees that are sponsored, and decorated by local businesses will be raffled off throughout the evening. Anyone can preview and purchase tickets for the trees from November 25 to December 3.

Wisconsin Upside Down is a nonprofit organization that is comprised of energetic parents, concerned community leaders, and self advocates, interested in enhancing the quality of life of individuals with Down syndrome in southeastern Wisconsin.
