Curves - Hartland Open House October 26th - October 31st Join us during the month of October in celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness month by participating in our in-club activities and specials! Also, sign up for "Treasure Hunt" starting October 19th and running for 4 weeks - ending November 14th, just in time to kick off our Christmas Extravaganza with the Christmas Boutique, 12 Days of Christmas and the ornament exchange. Beginning, Saturday, October 24th, join us at Lapham Peak Park for a hike beginning at 8:30am until 10am. Come and enjoy the company of other women by participating in a healthy activity and enjoy the Fall weather with its beautiful scenery. Monday, we will be hosting Tribal Belly Dance with Amanda Athena of Rakhshanda Tribal Belly Dance. This is a one-time event beginning at 6:30pm. Stop in and sign up to participate. There is a fee of $10 due at time of sign up. Tuesday, we will be hosting Body Essentials with Anna St. Germaine. Anna will be offering free bra fittings from 4pm --7pm. Sign up for a 15 minute appointment with Anna. Thursday, relax with a of chair massage offered by Avalon Bodyworks - Traci Roberts from 8:30am - 12:00pm. Massages are scheduled for 10 minutes - $10.00. Sign up is required but drop-ins are welcome. Future events include another session of Yoga in November for those that could not make it to our first Yoga offering and for those that wish to participate again. Also, with the successful results of Boot Camp, we will be offering Boot Camp II in January, 2010! Look for details at your club regarding these future events! We look forward to seeing you at the Open House! This is a great time to bring in a friend or family member who wants to experience the atmosphere of a club designed just for women.
