We are offering a limited number of complimentary treatments to guests who want to stay beyond the networking event. Please email Rebecca Rebholz at rebecca@getsaltyandlit.com if you are interested. See descriptions below:
Infrared Sauna w/Halotherapy (salt therapy)
- 3 available
- 45-minute session
- Estimated session time would be 12:30p-1:15p
- Attire - something where there is a lot of skin showing. Ex: swimsuit, shorts, sports bra, tank top. These are private rooms with a lock on the door. We just ask that bottoms stay on for sanitary reasons.
- Warning! It is a hot sweaty treatment. You will want to shower after. We have only 1 shower.
Halotherapy (salt therapy) in Lounge Chairs
- 8 chairs available
- 45-minute session
- Estimated session time would be 12:30p-1:15p
- Attire - anything works. These are room temperature rooms (no heat). Not showering needed.
- We recommend taking off all jewelry before the treatment.
Halotherapy Game Room (salt therapy)
- 6 chairs available
- 45-minute session
- Estimated session time 12:30p-1:15p
- Attire - anything works. These are room temperature rooms (no heat). Not showering needed.
- We recommend taking off all jewelry before the treatment.
- We set up a table and chairs on one of our Halo-Lounges to play a game of your choice with others in your party while receiving a halotherapy treatment. Choose from one of our games or bring one of your own.
