ICE AGE TRAIL Hartland Segment Hike
Are you aware that the ICE AGE NATIONAL SCENIC TRAIL is entirely in the state of Wisconsin? That the Trail is a total of 1200 miles? Did you know that a 6.8 mile portion runs right through the beautiful village of Hartland?
You are invited to attend this family friendly hike with other trail enthusiasts. Please meet at 9 a.m., in the parking lot at Centennial Park. Look for the yellow Ice Age Trail Event sign. There will be a free shuttle to the southern most portion of the Hartland Segment. We will hike north, experiencing a variety of sights and terrain: sunny paths, wooded hilly trails, the sidewalks and shops of Hartland, and through the only 'alley' on the Ice Age Trail. Please wear comfortable shoes, bring water and dress for the weather. This portion of the Trail is not wheelchair or stroller accessible and while we love dogs, we ask that you leave them at home for this hike.
