DESCRIPTION:Hello Downtown Hartland Business Owners and Staff! Keep a watch out for fairies and wizards\, animals and cowgirls as St. Charles Parish School students take to the streets of Downtown Hartland for the Annual Halloween Parade. The youngsters will hit Capitol Drive from Nixon about 1:15 pm and travel down Capitol to North Avenue. They will continue down North Avenue and then turn on Lawn Street and head back toward the school. It will take about 45 minutes to get the nearly 300 students through the parade.\n\n\n\nWe just wanted to give you a heads up to be on the lookout for our students.\n\n\n\nThanks much and Happy Halloween!
