The number of bags is limited to 1000 so children are asked to bring their own bags as well. Volunteers will help distribute the bags.\n\n \n\nThe streets are open to traffic during Trick or Treat hours so children are cautioned to cross only at designated areas. Volunteers from the community will assist police in helping children across the streets.
